RETURNS
You have 7 days to return regular priced items for a refund or exchange
If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund and your return will not be accepted.
- Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items MUST be shipped within 7 days of the original delivery date.
- En Voyage Swim does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an exchange, nominal shipping charges will be incurred.
We will be unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges for item(s) that do not meet the above criteria.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item, please place a new order on our site prior to returning your original. To receive a return authorization for your original order or for assistance placing your new order, please email us at help@envoyageswim.com
Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Your new item(s) will not be shipped until we receive the returned item(s). Once shipped, please be sure to email us with your return tracking number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges will be processed within 2 days after we have received your returned item(s).
